Award-winning Producer, Jessica L. Ransom, has built a career defined by bold storytelling, cultural impact, and creative leadership. With expertise spanning commercials, television, film, and digital media, she has emerged as a trusted voice in production and post-production.

Jessica’s 6+ years in reality television include work on hit series such as Teen Mom, 16 and Pregnant, My First Renovation, and Alaskan Bush People, among other unscripted titles. She has also spent over a decade producing more than 100 commercial spots for global brands such as Google, New York Life, Panera, Smartwater, Captain Morgan, Diet Coke, Kit Kat, Telemundo, Nintendo, Credit One, and Behr.

As Co-Managing Partner and Executive Producer of The Gig Media, Jessica has led freelance productions for NASA, Netflix, Square, Skyrizi, and more. She also co-created, co-hosted, and produced The Gig Series, developing over 20 episodes that have been featured across major digital platforms.

Her career includes key roles at Netflix, BET, and MTV, as well as advertising agencies such as Deutsch, Anomaly, and Wunderman Thompson, where she honed her ability to create content that bridges culture, brand, and entertainment. A proud member of the Television Academy, Jessica continues to champion expansive storytelling while carving out her lane as a creative innovator and industry leader.

As an Associate Producer and Production / Field Coordinator, Jessica worked on various reality television shows such as Teen Mom, My First Renovation, King of Thrones, Vanity Fair Confidential, etc.

Jessica worked as a Production Manager and Line Producer for TVC and OLV commercials with low to multimillion-dollar budgets.

As a Senior Post Producer, Jessica worked on various VFX and editorial projects for Smartwater, Carnival Cruises, New York Life, and more. Additionally, she cultivated strong working relationships with various vendors in NYC and LA, such as Company 3, Lime, Smartypants, HOBO Audio, etc.

As Managing Partner / Executive Producer of The Gig Media, Jessica produced content for NASA, WW, Square, and more. Additionally, under The Gig Media, Jessica produced (3) doc-style videos for Netflix for Pride Month featuring Niecy Nash and other talent.
